I found the add for EBS in the classifieds of our newspaper. I called the number and was told I could go into business for myself and all I needed was the proper software. The sales pitch was very convincing and I fell for it.
When the software arrived in the mail there is a note attached stating that you must be very serious about this committment because once you have opened the box you cannot get your money back. Now I ask you, how does one find out they don't like the business if they don't try it first?
When reading their welcome letter to you, you find several outright lies. They claim: "We work closely with you." "Our Technical Support Team will assist you." "Please know that our Tech. Support Team and Customer Service reps. Are here to help you Every Step Of The Way!" One of the false statements is the claim that "60% of medical claims are still being processed on paper."
I have tried several times to get in touch with EBS Tech. Support and their Cust. Service reps. No answers and no return calls.
How can one get certified for anything if you are not sent lessons and then tested? I couldn't get an answer to that either?
As much as I hate to admit that I was so gullable I have been ripped off and out $500.
