Deceptive Greedy Misleading

I was on a website that I regularly visit and I spotted a box prompting me to ask a question to a physician.
After I went to all the trouble of typing out my question, creating a user name, password, and account I found out these greedy people are selling a service.
They should have made that clear in the first place. I deleted my account with them but I still feel mislead.
