I tried to download a "free" AVASI! Program through Helpmedownload.com. I did not receive the download and had to go to another source. I was receiving monthly charges on my credit card of $15.12 which I disputed.initially, I could not find a website and there was no telephone number listed. Finally, I did locate their website. There was a telephone number which connected to a representative in Manila. I was told that the recurring charge was for technical support should there be a problem with the "free" download that I never received. I never authorized this service and never received the download. I canceled the non-existent membership and I'm waiting to see if I there are additional charges and if I receive a credit for this month's charge.
