This company claims to provide you access to free software (in my case Open Office) when you subscribe to a membership. When you go to download the software, they do not have the software for all the operating systems that they claim to&but when you call customer support to let them know, they inform you that they are only providing technical support for the free software, but that they will tell you where to go to get it for your particular operating system. (In case anyone needs to know, go to linksnotallowed. Openoffice.org and just download it FREE.)
