I ordered what was supposed to be a trial size of their whitening product and discovered in the small print (thankfully I read it) that I needed to return the product within 10 days or I would be billed almost $80! I panicked, went online and cancelled and chose to return the product. Afterwards, I realized I didn't feel I should have to pay to avoid further charges when I was misled in the first place. I called the customer service number, which of course is nothing more than a call center in another country, who refused to help me in any way except to say that it is clearly stated that if I don't return it, I will be charged. They sent me to easywhitelabs.com and that information is clearly stated on their homepage but NOT on the landing page or in the terms of use I was sent to in the first place and ordered from. They were no help at the call center and it was a very frustrating 45 minutes between the wait time and conversation time. I would hate to have their job as I am sure I am not the only one getting ripped off and how horrible it would be to listen to people yell at them all day. I actually asked him how he could work for a company like that... I could never do that, no matter how broke I was. I left a $70,000 job because of unethical business that was occuring.
