The Dazzlewhite team has stepped beyond immoral into the realm of criminal.
Paid $1.95 for shipping. Found out from internet search about the scam and called Dazzlewhite and cancelled immediately to avoid charges. Also found you need to return the trial product. Returned trial product with tracking number within the allotted time period stated on their terms and conditions page. Yet still ended up being charged days afterwards for $79.95. Called up and they verified ny tracking number and said they would refund and so sorry. However I was already charged $35 overdraft for the unexpected charges since not enough funds in my bank account. A week later 2 more charges of $6.95 and $8.95 appeared on my account. Took some internet and phone call sleuthing to figure them out. Goes back to DazzleWhite with some affiliate programs called insidersecrettips and comprehensiveweightloss.com Had charges refunded by my bank. Found the proper numbers to call and cancelled each of those separate. Also asked my bank for new credit card number cause I fear they will keep charging followed by the 'oh so sorry' for the mistake afterwards.
They claim everything is stated clearly on their terms and conditions page. Yet even after following the term and conditions (as hard as they are to follow) you still get charged. Usually scams consist of hidden and difficult terms relying that the average consumer won't follow to the letter because it's difficult. This way they can claim their term and conditions are cleary stated. I consider this amoral. But if you follow all the terms and still get charged, that is criminal.
