Deceptive Advertising Still no compute

I received an advertisement in the mail about receiving a computer on layway. I have paid $47.99 weekly since Jan.

The prepay amount they required was $600.00 before sending the computer. I have paid the $600.00 prepayment, but still have not received a computer. I want my money back, I no longer want the computer. I have paid the amount they requested in good faith, but they are not operating in good faith.
