If you are considering purchasing any Umax/Astra scanners I would suggest going to their webpage and calling their support phone number or requesting e-mail support first. It is non-existent. And there is no way to call in to the company. If you buy their products and have any problems, which you will, you are on your own. I would suggest if you have scanner needs call HP.
