SCAM: This is a report of a scam
Amount Stolen: $87.13 plus $0.87 "Foreign Transaction Fee".
The dispute: On July 06 I accepted a trial offer for the Resveratrol Ultra product for $0.99. I had 14 days to cancel the account which I did by automated services on July 15th after being kept on hold for an extended period of time. I saw they charged my account anyway on July 20th. I was within my time limit to cancel and they still charged me. I spoke to two different people and they both gave me the run around saying I did not cancel in time and that was why I was charged. One told me I was charged because I didn't cancel in person and used the automated program when I disputed this with her and told her I caught her in a lie she put me on hold. I can prove the date I called, the time I called, and how long the call was. They did offer to refund my money if I sent the bottle back to them, which gives them access to my account once more. This is definitely a scam!!! This company STOLE money from me!
What's been done to remedy the issue: I'm sending the bottle back via certified mail. I filed a formal complaint with both the Florida and Iowa Attorney General's office on July 20. I cancelled my credit card and had it reissued so no more charges could be taken out.
Do NOT accept the free trial of Resveratrol Ultra!!! This is a scam product from a scam company!!!
