Most of us now know what qwest is doing. They have a monopoly in many area's and therefore dont care about the customer. They actually have become quite evil sometime in the last 8 years.
There are so many people out there with the same story. They mess up your billing and charge you for things you never ordered. They sent me a modem i didnt order and refused to credit me back for 5 months. They would not even pay to have it sent back to them.
One day i realized something. I had spent so many hours on the phone with qwest that the man hours of the customer support people out weighed the bill that i was disputing.in otherwords. They had reps talking to me for so long and passing me off to other reps and supervisors that the hourly wage of those people was used up on me, and it finally turned out to be more than the extra fees and services they were trying to get out of me.
I think we will soon see a class action suit agains this evil company.in the mean time. I would like to encourge you all to check the qwest web site for contact numbers. Call them up, and put them through the run around. They deserve it. Use up their time with bogus stuff. They have to pay those people, so use up their man hours. I have other ideas to help spoof them, but i would like to hear from some others here that have been mugged by qwest and share some ideas on how we can make things difficult for them.
