We recently switched our dsl service from verizon to fibernet assuming it would be easier to deal with a locally owned company. Everything worked great for the first 2 weeks, and suddenly our internet stopped working.
When we called in the customer service rep. Just laughed at us and told us that we called in the day before to cancel the service... And that it stated in the notes we were cancelling the order because it was taking to long to process. Our service was already working, why would we possibly call in and say this.
We finally got someone to admit that the account had be accessed with no account verification methods, they are saying they are hooking the service backup but will not tell us when it will work again, if ever.
