Unauthorized debit

I asked for info to be sent and agreed to a shipping charge of 1.98. I never received the info. Now I have a charge for 72 to my checking account. I asked for a refund, the same day the money was taken. I was told I would recieve the refund, it has been nearly a month and I have not recieved it.
