Grant Masters / Ravens Media Unauthorized withdrawls from my checking account

I recieved an E-mail offering a free CD to aid in making applications for grants. They said FREE just pay $2.29 shipping and handling.in the e-mail it said my account would be billed in two separat transactions. One for $1.00 and the other for $1.29. Unfortunately I like the other gentleman was charged $39.95 also. The money had already been taken out of my account by the time I got my statement. Now there have been two other withdrawls that I didn't authorize and the only have initials as to who made the withdrawls on my statement.
