Debit card transaction attempt

Received a pre-authorization on my debit account for $77.82. I'm not sure what the company does or is. It is called "Grant Finder" on my pre-auth and the phone number listed with it is 877-817-9769. I have absolutely no idea how this company has received my debit card information but I've filed charges with my bank.

I've called there number every chance I've had for the last 24 hours and they are ALWAYS closed. There is an automated message.

My bank is unable to proceed with anything until the charge "hard charges" to my account.

There goes $78 bucks I can't use for a few days.
