I bought e spy software for my computer. They said it was undetectable and would run silent and unseen in the back ground. The next day my Nortons antivirus software detected it and deleted it.
I contacted the company through Plimus take charge and told them I wanted a refund the product didn't work like thay said. Four days later I get an email telling me they will give me a partial refund of 95 cents.
I payed $39.95 for this product and it wasn't on my computer 24 hours before it was detected and removed. After they said a refund of 95 cents would be given they have blocked me from sending emails to them to complain about the decission.
This is wrong to tell people the product you are buying is undetectable and it will do certain things when it won't and then not give a refund. So please if you want some kind of spyware program for your home computer go to walmart, Bestbuy or some big chain store and buy it. Don't buy it online because if something isn't right with it you will play hell to get your money back.
I will never buy from espyonline again!!! And will post on forums telling everyone the same thing.
