Plimus And Sentrypc
Plimus Software didn't work. Will not refund my money

I purchased a software package from Plimus to provide safeguards for my childrens access to the computer. They would only send it to my business address which was odd to me.
Once I got the product it would not download on my personal computer.
I requested a refund since it would not work. I purchased this software in July 08, It is now November 08 and I haven't received anything.
