AT&T is my phone carrier and I was talking to them about billing when we noticed a $14.95 charge monthly for the last four months. The operator investigated and we found out that My I Products had been billing for something I didn't sign on for - they apparently got my phone number and email address and tried to tell us that I signed on for it. The operator and I escalated the issue and they agreed to refund all my money within the next three months because I work in the media and threatened to do a story on them. They are thieves-moral of the story, check your phone bills. AT&T says they can't stop third party billing - why not?
