I put an order on May 11 to get a Wise Battery Charger for CRV3 for $13.95 and two Kodak CRV3 Rechargeable Batteries at $8.49 each. I reside in Pennsylvania. I received my three products on May 18. That same-day I set the very first CRV3 battery within the Wise Charger to cost. The lighting about the charger starts reddish and becomes green once the battery is billed. Lighting made green, battery incurred, place the battery in my own system and system suggested 'low-battery' and closed itself down. Place the exact same CRV3 battery in the Wise Charger, lighting stayed natural (currently billed), but I quit it within the charger overnight to ensure. 15 hours afterwards the battery was still not billed.

I set the 2nd CRV3 battery within the Wise Charger to cost. Free. System wouldn't work.'low-battery' was suggested all over again. Not a problem, I thought.

I sent eMartCentral (since no body actually replies the telephone, simply an answering device) on May 19th and finally obtained an answer that I have to "Please somewhat and lightly alter the prongs / fittings about the charger utilizing a pen so that they will soon be in company contact using the battery (ies) getting dishes and re charge the battery (ies)." The prongs were good to start with. I did so because they stated, but neither battery might cost.

Each time I sent them-and stated I'd be returning my several items, they sent again and inferred 'yes, deliver them back thus we are able to repair them-and deliver you back the fixed items.' I nicely and obviously worded my mail to point I had been not thinking about any repairs, merely my reimbursement.

Their reaction was:

"Please return them (s) plus a backup of the e-mail in an effective mailer towards the target below for assessments / fix / exchange:

Their site suggests: "you have to email us in the current email address below and acquire a return agreement when returning product for reimbursement, trade, fix, etc." the term REIMBURSEMENT is there. "Reimbursement will soon be released just within thirty days in the unique purchase day."

I did so the above mentioned RMA# from their store and shipped the things back on May 22. Used to do not notice from them and so I sent on July 7th to make sure they acquired them. They sent back 'exactly what does your bundle seem like?' I sent them that I submitted exactly the same manila package they delivered it in my experience in with the correct paperwork they desired.

Nothing yet. I simply sent to discover where my reimbursement is really as it's been more than 30 times. I did so use PayPal so my next criticism is to them easily don't notice from today.
