Bought a-2-bunch of rechargeable batteries (NP-60) for my Casio camera. Although the site stated "2 Pack Casio NP-60" batteries, once they came they obviously were not from Casio... Some cheap imitations instead. Attempted to cost the batteries however they wouldn't have a cost (whatsoever). Sent their customer care, got the next response..."It's most unlikely that both are faulty. Please make use of a recognized great charger and completely cost the batteries. Reply with all the result.". Suffice to express, the main one and only charger I've may be the one which included the camera and it is been getting the battery that included the camera all-along without any problems. Attempted again, neither of the batteries might have a cost.

Acquired a return target from their store via mail also it mentioned to come back for "assessments/fix/trade". Delivered the batteries for them on 10/17/09 and mentioned used to do not need an exchange (who would like to undergo that again), which all I needed was a return. I suppose I am luckier than many, used to do obtain a partial reimbursement on 10/28/09. They did not return delivery (not surprisingly) also it appears like they withheld a $3 running (or maybe restocking) charge. Oh well, speculate anything is preferable to nothing. Won't cope with the corporation again.
