To my surprise i have logged on and googled the Gtisupport.com site and Charles Johnson and this is what it lead me too... I am an ex-employee of the company, Friday, June 26 was my fourth (4th) week and have NOT received a paycheck yet.

I called Alafia Young which supposed to be the Human Resources person, located somewhere in Florida, to my surprise i get a bunch of crap exactly like I've read on here. I signed a contract with this company on 17May09 and also completed a Direct Deposit form the same day, I'm wondering why i get the excuse that the money should have been in my account already, then i get the excuse of the direct deposit processer whatever it is is broke so a check was mailed to me, however i checked the mail prior to calling so guess what NO CHECK BY MAIL. Also checked for direct deposit today and still no paycheck in the bank or the mail.

Speaking with Alafia made me realize that there is something very crooked going on with this company. She said she is the only person in Human Resources, with a supposedly employee base of more than 300 employees u tell me that there is only one person to handle payroll, got to throw a flag on that one too... Alafia proceeds to tell me how she just cut the check and for some reason Mr Johnson wanted to mail them out bunch of crap to me... Then tells me I should have gotten a $100 gas voucher that I still have not seen. Never knew it would take from 17May to 26June and you still have no direct deposit process in place. Then when Alafia seen that I wasn't buying the garbage she was selling, the next thing she mention is a 45day contract.

The 45 day contract starts the day i signed my contract which was 17May there was no provisions or small print stating anything else, and I also received a "Welcome Aboard" email on 17May however if I don't complete 45 days i'm supposed to be responsible for paying 700 dollars for some Dell Certifications that a rep from Dell says has nothing to do with them, Alafia and Charles Johnson came to their own terms saying that the first day of my 45 days is when i am assigned my first ticket, so where is that in the contract? ITS NOT!!! I wonder how do they expect anyone to work as a Field Service Technician driving over 30 miles one way to serval site locations in a day for 4 weeks and not receive a penny for the work.

I've never worked for a company where i was told to calculate the mileage pay: that on average a vehicle gets 13-30mpg and the average cost of fuel is 2.50 so if you go 60 miles I pay $5.00 per service call ticket, totally messed up, with that concept, Charles pay to get you to the site, but what happens when you need to get back from the site... YOU ON YOUR OWN!!! Besides $5.00 wont get you 60 miles!

Www.gtisupport.com and charles johnson is a TOTAL RIP OFF!

Legal actions are in the future unless I get EVERYTHING that I have earned
