I also did some work for Charles Johnson of GTI Support a while back and he didn't pay me despite several requests and several assurances that he would. He kept making excuses and claiming that "they" would pay would but would never say who "they" were. Most of his email addresses don't work and neither do his phone numbers.
If you do get to his voice mail or send him an email he either doesn't reply or says he'll pay but doesn't. The guy is a crook that needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. We are about to. The more people that file a complaint the sooner this crook will get his come-uppance.
