TopSearchListings.com placed $1409.95 of my total investment of $2490, into ITS OWN PAY PER CLICK SEARCH ENGINE and then shut it down before I had a chance to spend my money! But wait, there's more. Read on to find out... Ripped off and scammed

Before I start this report, I wish to emphasise to all interested parties that I have written numerous times to Mr. Chris Moran, President of Fast2Net.com, StatCruncher.com and TopSearchListings.com to get this situation resolved.

He has ignored all my email - even that copied to The Attorney General's Office, Baton Rouge LA and Better Business Bureau, Baton Rouge LA.

I wrote to him on:

7th May 2nd April 19th March 5th March 26th February 21st Febuary 22nd August 24th June - all emails were ignored by Mr. Moran. These are my complaints about Fast 2 Net.

In May I signed up with TopSearchListings.com and Fast2Net.com for a special marketing campaign to market my Fast2Net web sites. I was promised as follows:

"Here's How You Can Get A Proven Internet Marketing Solution That Is Guaranteed To GET RESULTS...

And you won't have to lift a finger to get it done...

It's the exact solution you need right now.

Best of all, we do ALL the work, getting the entire System 100% implemented and working to perfection for you.

IF you are serious about your online success, call today for complete details on how easy it is to get on the fast track!

If you are DEAD SERIOUS about pushing your Fast2Net websites to their MAXIMUM potential, then you MUST take advantage of this limited time offer. Don't let this opportunity pass you by. You will not be informed about this program EVER again!"

Impressive promises huh? Well I was to find out that this was complete nonsense. Fast2Net actually put my money in third rate PPC search engines, one of which they owned and then shut down, before I had a chance to spend my deposit on sending visitors to my sites!

I further contend that Fast2Net/TopSearchListings.com allegedly breached contract by failing to generate relevant keyword terms and create listings with no less than 7 search engines, including search engines that feed the results to America On Line, Alta Vista, Lycos, Netscape, Infospace, DogPile, CNet, Search.com and Meta Crawler.

Instead they put my money in third rate Pay Per Click Search Engines, NONE OF WHICH feed the results of any major search engines.

Worse still Fast2Net/TopSearchListings.com allegedly placed $1409.95 of my total investment of $2490, into ITS OWN PAY PER CLICK SEARCH ENGINE and then shut it down before I had a chance to spend my money and hence they kept my money!

What kind of company would place a customer's money into its own pay per click search engine, (without telling them) and then shut down the pay per click without telling them and thus keeping the entire amount of clients payment before he has had a chance to spend it?

Fast2Net/TopSearchListings.com further agreed to place between $3500 and US$4500 in advertising and services on the Internet for my web sites from their company. This money never materialised.

Interestingly enough, I see someone else' radar has homed into the alleged practices of Fast2Net. Upon visiting the site called http://www.worldwidescam.com, I found no less than 4 complaints about Fast2Net! I thought to myself... If only I had come across this web site and others, BEFORE parting with my $2490! One client alleges as follows on that web site:

"I tried to get my money back but it was to no avail. Then I tried to get the Louisiana attorney general on them twice. I believe this is the reason they took me off their list. Basically they took my $95.00.in my book they are definitely a scam. These people are based in Baton Rouge La. I also tried to get back with them, they are not answering me. No surprise."

Hmmm, sounds familiar to me.

From the same web site, a UK client of Fast2Net alleges as follows:

"I was also a victim of the fast2net scam which has an article from a disgruntled punter like myself on your site. I am located in the UK based in Yorkshire and paid 95 for two sites. I then paid a further 120 for a guaranteed 1500 clicks on to my site. I placed link banners on to these sites and also banner exchanges. The number of purchases I received on my site was nil. Oooops I've been taken for a ride. I just wish I'd heard of worldwidescam.com a little earlier."

Hmmm, me too.

Anyway, I could go on, but the crux of the matter is - Fast2Net took $2490 of my money, breached contract, invested over $1409 of MY money in their PPC, without telling me and then shut it down and kept my deposit.

All efforts to get Mr Moran or Fast2Net to respond or refund my money have failed.
