Software App did not function

I downloaded RegCure and it did not function. Although there is 100% satisfaction guarantee and refund, the toll free number of 1-800-209-6437 does not connect to anyone. This appears to be a scam since no support seems to exist. I have not had any responses to the messages left by voice or submitted through the website.
