I sent this person $80.00 for merchandise I never received. After many messages and emails which I still have, she replied stating I would be refunded. To this date still no refund.
She stated I could get a chargeback and when that failed I was told to send her proof from my bank. I sent the letter certified as we discussed and guess what? She never picked the letter up from the post office even after I emailed stating a certified letter was on the way to her. I also have the certified letter I sent to her back in my possesion since it was unclaimed.
Whenever I call the messages are not returned and now the emails are unanswered. You'd swear it was $80,000 instead of $80.00.
All in all this is just a warning to stay clear of this unscrupulous individual who tends to blame things on an "assistant" who I believe is non existent.
After an internet search I found her listed under BMWDIME, BMWDIVA, FICO SCRUB INC. And diva palace inc. So buyer beware.
