I cancelled on the 7th day of the free trial and got charged anyway

I called customer service on 5/26/09 to cancel my membership with Cash Secret Club, which was the 7th day of the 7day free trial. My purchase was on 5/19/09 and I cancelled on 5/26/09 (exactly 7days).

I noticed that there was a pending transaction on my account for $81.32 and asked the customer service representative to reverse it and cancel my membership in the so-called 7day free trial. Now this was on 5/26/09; the 7th day of the free trial.

On 6/03/09, I went online to print my statement on my credit card account, and I find that the transaction is no longer pending; but an actual charge was put through for $81.32 dated 6/01/09.

I cancelled on 5/26/09. There is absolutely no way it can legitimate to charge me on 6/01/09.

I requested a full refund of these charges but so far I have not received any response. I've sent emails to 'Cash Secret Club'; 'Hot Business Market.com' (the website I was given immediate acess to after purchase) and 'My Profit Investment'.

The one to My Profit Investment came back undeliverable, but the other two went through - they are just not responding.

Also; I want everyone to know that I think the Ad posted by Cash Secret Club borders on fraud. Nowhere in the ad is the monthly charge incurred if not cancelled within 7 days mentioned at all. Unless you click on Terms and Conditions and read that page, you are left with the impression that your only cost for this program is the shipping and handling fee of $1.95; and the heading of the ad says 'Google Fast Cash'; so you are left with the impression that this business is affiliated with Google. Why not state the facts right up front, and make the terms and conditions as clear to the customer as that $1.95 they advertise.
