Terrible product/service

The worse encounter ever!!! (but still not solved!) Obtaining The now 'common' cold and pixilation about the image and web reduction for times at the same time. I've had the service mounted 8 weeks before and also the greatest I've accomplished to date is approximately 48-hours with hassle free service (which who understands as I really function 10-12 hours each day, rest and work tasks therefore am not fixed towards the Television to determine if Iam receiving support.) I've had 16 specialists towards the home, I've had 2 noshow visits (the first install day was a noshow so I possibly must have terminated immediately after which.) We (my spouse and that I) are most likely more than 60 hours into this and we still do not have support. It's been along for that previous 3 times but got up yesterday for around one hour but was down again-this day. It's really become humorous and I'd prefer to observe them commit more man-hours (I was informed by among the possibly 20approximately Tier-2 Technology facilitates that I've talked with that it charges AT&T around $300.00 every time they send a vehicle. They're a laugh but I'd like them to get even more of their own time and cash before I'll really stop them. The techs are unaware which come to my house (aside from two senior technicians.) The senior technicians merely state there is nothing they are able to do. The naive professionals really spend 2-3 hours and develop nothing and just state "That Is beyond our training." lol We'd one stop recently soon after we waited 4.5 of the 5 time screen directed at us. Goodtimes.
