Mounted Uverse on 3/31/09

All messed up my mobile voicemail-had Uverse Voicemail linked as well as it, dropped my Lifetime Tivo support, No Web for over per month, was delivered expenses within the $300 array for that previous 2 weeks for providers which were deteriorating. I've recorded about 30 hours of lost time-on the telephone with both payment and mainly techsupport. They WOn't move one to keep in touch with the exact same individual twice therefore every day I'd to begin around with tier1 tech-support even tho my situation have been multiplied to administration and technicians (some computer glitch held hard suspending my consideration once they'd attempt to stop it part) After I attempted to place anything back again to the pre-Uverse trial, I had been informed I really could not (hows that to get a one month trial?) because there is no further an available interface in my own region to place me back on dsl, all complete— CSR or supervisors don't return telephone calls whatsoever. Should you enter the late morning plus they haven't named you back—you will not notice from their website again! I would say 90% never called back and that is no exaggeration. The final point I Will note REACHES&T ultimately got the glitch fixed everything repair after 2 weeks of fundamental EVERYDAY HECK & hours about the telephone, 3 days in AROW waiting 4 hours for no-show technicians. After many more times of badgering the telephones I had been provided credit for just the providers used to donot obtain WITH NO not really a cent for trouble or lack of use.

The topper—recently a payment supervisor named saturated in perspective prior to the term proceed when I began detailing my scenario for that gazillionth time. She requested such things as "who stated they certainly were technicians? Have you got the titles and telephone numbers of every specific person about the alleged "executive group"? I actually donot determine what your "web was not operating means?" Then incredibly she responded, "we-don't have any report of any issues with this consideration". After I attempted to describe how that's difficult that I've been operating with (and he or she requested for caution in regards to what "operating with means") I had been mid-sentence detailing and he or she suddenly abandoned with. "I Will need to contact you back." and hungup. She's not called back. That is it, I am outta here! In a few days Iam discovering new support and I'll NEVER conduct business with AT&T again. Before this, I'd been a satisfied client for 15 straight years with telephone, cell, & Web providers. After I delivered the DVR at my local UPS Keep a few nights before, the worker asked in regards to what is occurring, in his small shop alone he's return about 600 models previously 2 weeks—let you know anything? Believe Uverse is fantastic? Delay before you are having issues, then we will speak. (grin)
