I ordered a Hewlett Packard inkjet printer for $96.00. Waited 3 weeks for a delivery that never happened. I called EMS and was told that the printer was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be available. I cancelled the order and received an e-mail confirming the cancellation and a message that the $96.00 would be credited to my account within 5 - 7 days.
That was 5 weeks ago. I have sent repeated e-mail messages to their customer services address and received no reply or acknowlegement that the messages were even received.
