I first bought Xingtone in 2007. It worked great... Loved it! Then I had to re-purchase (new serial number) for new phone. It wouldn't work!
I've written to them at least 4 times... I got an automated response saying they would check into it & get back to me. They didn't... Ever. Even after repeated requests. All of my e-mails have been ignored. They definitely won't ever RESPOND to a request for a refund. (They SAY they will give a refund within a very short timeframe after purchase... But they DON'T... They will just ignore your requests until that timeframe has passed.)
Out of desperation I tried once more to use the product... I couldn't get an update on the software - and when I linked to the home page - they seem to have completely CHANGED the product! It appears now that they only SELL INDIVIDUAL ringtones!
