Kodak Gallery deleted all my picture albums without warning me when they changed their TOS. Emeryville

I have been a member since 2006 with Kodak Gallery. The reason I bought my camera & printer was in part of the free storage site. I uploaded a lot of pictures over the years. Purchased extra prints and bought a new digital camera and printer dock 12.

The first I heard about this change in service was yesterday when I uploaded my pic's from Memorial Day. I signed in to this: "Do you know that your stored photos may be deleted?" In order to continue to store photos at the Gallery, all you need to do is make purchases totaling at least $4.99 by the date indicated within Your Storage Status below. Deletion date: May-28.
Current photo storage: 0.049 GB used.

Wow... I better order some extra prints today. I continue on to My Photos, I have a total of 7 albums. I'm freaking out, my treasured memories are gone. I called customer service, this is what I was told. He responded that they had sent me numerous e-mails warning me about this. I never received a single one. The pic's where deleted 2/16 because I didn't make a purchase. Again I tell him I didn't get a email and besides that I just uploaded a video & pic's May 19,09 an all my albums/pics where their.

If I would of received a email I would of bought something. Oh wait I did make a purchase Dec. 2008 bought a camera & printer dock. He asked me to email him my invoice which I did. I stayed on the phone with him till he got the email. He tells me that my purchase could not be used because the policy change didn't start until March. What... Then why where my pic's supposedly deleted on Feb 16? He just kept on repeating what he already said. This was a supervisor that I asked to talk to after the first guy gave me the run-around.

You'd think Kodak would understand how important people's pictures are to them, and thus would realize that ripping that bond will cost Kodak lots of lost trust and credibility. To delete my photos is quite troubling!

I have no objection with Kodak charging a fee. If they would of emailed me like they said they did, I would of made a purchase.
