I made an order from the website Yatta Bags in October. I paid through PayPal, received confirmation both from PayPal and the website, but never received the order.
I tried contacting the customer service e-mail on the website, as well as several other e-mail addresses on the site. I never received a reply.
After doing some internet searching I found the creator of the website, Jeaneen's, MySpace page. I sent her several messages on there, and finally got a reply that asked for my order number (which I already sent her in previous messages) and suggesting I file a dispute with PayPal instead of simply refunding my money.
I knew it was too late to file a dispute but did anyway. I also found a new e-mail address through filing a dispute and tried to e-mail there.
I made the order a year and a half ago. I never received the product, and I finally got a reply today that I can't respond to because Jeaneen changed her myspace settings so that she will only receive messages from friends.
Do not buy anything from Yatta Bags because you'll lose your money. I would also be skeptical of anything the creator, Jeaneen Benson, is involved in. The fact that she would ignore my messages and not give me a refund is ridiculous.
