Went to my bank to withdraw 700 dollars from visa debit card. I received the funds. (I had over 840 on card) It is a debit card for TX. Unemployment payments. The card had two holds on it vice one. That put the card in negative balance. Went back to bank, they checked the records and resent the release for the extra 700. (three times now) and Chase will not release the 700 I never received and has in fact took the next payment Tx sent. So instead of over 900 on card I only have about 200. This is theft and they won't send my calls to the proper dept. The guy at the phone said that this happens a lot and nothing I can do. And there is no option to transfer call to people who can.
