They did not inform us of their policies, or refunds. We called to cancel we never got ahold of a live person. We then cancelled on the web site, they responded saying they got the e-mail that it was cancelled. We only approved the first 99.00, however they have continued to take money. We later spoke with a supervisor after an hour wait and was told we couldn't get a refund, that we had to buy something from them.
