I gave them a payment and never got my paper work or anything at all. I don't even have a contract with Blue Hippo and they tell me we don't do refunds. I have called a dozen of numbers and you can never get a manager or supervisor on the phone at all. They are a bunch of crooks and theives for what they are doing to me and other people too. We need to put a end to blue hippo.
