I am writing this because i want everyone to know about blue hippo funding, i also saw the ad on t.V. Brand name brand new computers. I ordered one december of last year and as of oct 28 i have not received a computer or a refund. I called yesterday and spoke to several different people who assured me i wasn't being ripped off, but i have not received a refund which is what i want since i have purchased another computer elsewhere. I called gateway and reported that blue hippo is using their company name to rip people off. The ad's say brand name, brand new computers but they are refurbished, not new. False advertising. I have also checked with the bbb and not surprisingly they have been reported there too. I spoke with a man Ray Davis at blue hippo and i was told no refunds, but he did offer to open my acct so they could rip me off some more. Please help me put these rip-off artists out of business.
