Blue hippo is a bad company to go to for computer needs. They stole money off of my husband and I. This company never gave us a computer that we were promised or anything. I called to cancel my order and the next week that they were supposed to take money from my account they took it without my permission, TWICE. Icalled them and asked for my money back, that they took without permission, and they told me that the person Italked to, when I cancelled my order, didn't think that it was time to cancel that order. So, I had to go to my bank and pay a $20.00 fee to them so that they couldn't take any more money off of us, since they had already stolen $238.00. My husband and I have a son that we are trying to raise and make sure that he is taken care of and CANNOT afford these kind of people taking advantage of us. Now they have called my house 2or3 times since to offer me deals, but to me and my husband it is just harrassment, Iwant it to STOP!!!
