I sent for the CD, $3.97 for S&H. Never received the CD. A month later charge to my debit card saying MYFITNESS for $29.95. Called them, they make it look like gym membership. Found out it was Grant company. I told them I never received CD give back my money I was not a member. Made the mistake of saying "Never touch my bank account again!" They said OK, returned my money 3 days later. The next entry after they returned my money was $76.66 out of my account with GrantHostHelp.com listed. I called 888 number listed, it was a directory assistance. I called MYFITNESS number above, they said they aren't affiliated with GrantHostHelp.com but would put in a request for my money to be return, it would take 5-8 days. Didn't get money. Tried 888 number again, not a valid number. Called MYFITNESS, again told they are not affiliated but will request my money for me. Tried 888 number again, now it is in spanish. Emailed GrantHostHelp.com got no response. Went to website, you cannot contact them from Contact Us link. Sent several more emails, no response. Went to my bank for refund. They send me a form and give me an email address to return it to. It has all my information on it. SSN, ACCT #, CC #, and they give me a hotmail.com address to send it to. You can't trust anyone these days. Two months later, still no refund!
