I ordered 10 fruit pies from this site on 8/29. Pretty simple? I mean, that is what they do. Once I put my order in—it said something like "Thank you, you're order will be bakery fresh for shipping on Tuesday". I paid via Paypal, and of course got a receipt from them, but never any type of confirmation from the website.
So, the following Tuesday came and went and I decided to e-mail them through their site just to check for a confirmation and to check if my order was indeed shipped. These pies were a gift for my Uncle who moved from CA years ago, and misses these snacks immensely. I received no reply. So, the next day I decided to google them to see if I could find an actual e-mail address, and that is when I saw all the complaints against this company. Then, I got really worried.
I found 3 different emails that had been attributed to the site. I sent messages to all of them and have also contacted them through their site everyday begging them for some kind of response. Nothing.
My guess is they hope that since it is a small amount of money, the person will just go away&who knows. The odd thing is, I have seen this site around for awhile. How the heck are they still open? All I asked for was a response. Has it shipped? When will it ship? Did you receive me order? I told them it was for a family member (the party is tomorrow) and, in the very least, I would like to be able at least tell him they would be here at some point. But, no. Not one response to... Probably 10 emails total.
