I am too lost my time and money on this software. They keeps changing their address, company name and contact information which you will never hear from them. Be careful with any of these REFUND RECOVERY, BLANKETFAX, JEFF BERG... Total rip-off. I wish if I read these consumer complaints before I purchased the software from them.
