Three days ago, I bought a phonecard to call the Philippines from E-pinoypinay.com. Since it was advertised in the Filipino Channel, I did not have any doubts of purchasing. So, I went ahead and got a $20.00 card for $18.00. It was supposed to give me 200 mins. Of talk time to the Philippines instead, it gave me 30.
I was pissed off, so I called customer service, only to find out that the number is unreachable. I tried calling again and again within their office hrs. It just kept on ringing and gave me a busy tone in the end. What's up with that?
