Unbelievable! My husband and I purchased a DELL computer in August. It works GREAT!
In September, out of the blue, UPS delivers a "Viscom" Computer (printer, monitor, and everything). The description of the contents on the box labels were very simuliar to what we got from Dell. Luckly I was at home when it was delivered and was able to send the package back immediately. I knew right away that something was wrong. Not often do you get a computer on your doorstep without ordering it, let alone from a company you have never heard of.
A few days later my husband and I get a credit card statement and found that "Viscom" had billed us for a computer we did not order.
Today 9/12, UPS left a notice of another delivery attempt from "Viscom". I called UPS and told them to send it back. Again, we did not order anything from "Viscom".
How can a company send you merchandise that you did not order. More important, how did "Viscom" get our credit card number? How did they know I just purchased a DELL comptuer?
It all seems rather bizarre, doesn't it?
The credit card charges are over $2,000 (so far).
When I found this website, it "hit me like a brick" -"Viscom" is a rip-off. The packages that they keep sending are boxes full of crap.
