100% satisfaction promised... They did not fix my problem and I notified them within 24 hours, requested refund. They stated no refunds

I purchased their program to fix a problem I was having with Internet Explorer. They said 100% satisfaction. I do not have 1% satisfaction, I still have my original problem. I requestion a refund within 24 hours and they state that they don't give refunds.
