I too purchase Max Registry Cleaner from Max Secure to fix a problem I had with my computer. After searching the internet extensively to try and remedy the problem, it became apparent that the problem very well may be with the registry on my computer. After looking at dozens of registry cleaners, and not possibly knowing which may really be the best, I chose Max Registry Cleaner because it had a "NO QUESTIONS ASKED, 30 DAY, MONEY BACK GUARANTEE"!
Well, to keep a long story short, I paid for the product, ran it several times on my computer, but it did not fix the problem. I emailed them the next day, and several other times after that, asking for my money back, and all they would do is ask me "exactly what are the issues" I was having? Each time I would tell them, and then I would get no response (what part of NO QUESTIONS ASKED do they not understand btw?) Then a few days later after not hearing from them we'd go through the same thing again... And again... And again...
This company is a FRAUD and their products are crap. If this deters anyone from giving them their hard earned money, then the money I wasted on them will end up costing them more in the long run
