I clicked on email text offering £14.95 deal on PDF Standard Suite 2012 - put in my VISA details and after submitting was charges £28.89 and went through downloading main software - but did not download QUAD Antispyware or QUAD registry cleaner as I did not think I needed this. Download was very lengthy process
