ONLINEDETECTIVE.com advertises special search engine to find online information from their database. Their database is nothing but a bunch of WEB addresses, their software is nother but a web browser. They basically provide nothing that cannot be found for free. As soon as I saw this I requested a refund. I followed their procedure to cancel the account, but never received a refund. I called their phone number, but they failed to return my call.
