OnlineDetective ripoff Unauthorized credit card charge $29.95 monthly for total $1048 before charges noticed, and they will not reply to email

We contacted the OnlineDetective.com website in June but after entering credit cxard info we learned their software is not Mac compatible.

We never used their service, but they began charging our card $29.95 monthly (in one case at least, TWICE per month) and we didn't notice the recurring charge until April.

They took at least $1,048 from us.

They will not answer email.

The card billing was through ibill.com which also bills for several other things we buy online so the charge did not stand out.
