I sold my personal digital recorder on eBay. The money was deposited into PayPal before I shipped it off. A week later someone called in and reported misuse of a credit card with the same last name as mine. They froze my account even though I do not have a credit card from Wachovia, the bank that issued the credit card.
After sending in all the material they asked for, I still haven't seen my money.
