I have contacted them via email several time and received no intelligent response. I ordered the software because they offered an online scan to show what out of date drivers I had on my computer. The scan showed many of the drivers on my computer were out of date but did not show details. After I ordered the software and could review the details, it was obvious that the scan they ran was not valid. All of my current drivers were newer than the ones they offered as updates. At that point I requested a refund and they would not give it to me. The ad shows a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
