I purchased Drivermagic from SymplisIT several months ago and on initial test appeared to find new drivers, current drivers and older drivers. However during the install process the software Abends and locks up. I have tried to contact them several times but never receive a reply. Every time I run the software I get the same list of drivers and the same results.
I also downloaded the trial version of their DefragMagic and it pretty much does the same thing even in the trial version. Software supposedly analyses your harddrive and will then rearrange and defrag it to provide the fastest access solution available but never completes, always Abends. When contacted about the issue at support link they never respond!
