With this letter, I am filling a deceptive practices complaint against your company. With the TX Office of consumer Affairs, Nevada Consumer Affairs, and Nevada Attorney Generals Office-on-line computer fraud division
1. Today 4/2 approx 1:15 pm I purchased your 7 day free trail version of your on line "Grant Funding Kit" for the cost of postage & Handling $1.98 w / my Chase Visa Card.
2. Because of the difficult of use, and certification issues, I call to cancel this program @ 1:53 pm, and wast told the $1.98 P&H fee could not be refunded.
3. I explained to your representative that no where on your site was that explained, and "I wish to talk to a supervisor"; returning to the line; I was told, she was not available because she was already talking to another customers complaint. No offer to return call, ask to hold, nothing indicating she would only say the same response.
4. I told your representative I was filing this complaint with TX Dept of Consumer Affairs-computer fraud division, and his reply was "You may do what you like, the money would not be refunded. Granted this amount is small, but the Principal of on-line internet deceptive practices rules & regulations does apply to Grant Funding Search, and Subsidiaries, as it does to all other reputable concerns.
5. Additionally, I am placing a copy of this complaint on the consumer complaints.com reporting site; hopefully, helping other people not be defrauded by your company
6. What your company offers is outdated, after the fact information, which does nothing to people anyone secure Govt Grant funding, you are definitely a sham, and I am in hopes that by this email your company is declared fraudulent, and removed from any US Internet provider.
